“ I called Capt Sid to arrange a last-minute order for 80 lbs of live crawfish to be shipped to Portland, Oregon. Ray and his crew were incredibly helpful and continued to follow up over the weekend to confirm the availability of the crawfish. The day before my party, I received a confirmation in the morning with an ETA for the local Southwest Cargo. I was pleasantly surprised by the great price, especially considering the crawfish shortage over the past two years. All my guests were impressed with the quality of the crawfish.
